• What we collect: the details you give us, such as your name, contact details, NDIS information and the support you need.
• Why: to respond to your enquiry, plan and deliver your supports, and meet our legal and NDIS obligations.
• Who sees it: only people who need it to support you. We don't sell your information, and we only share it with others (such as your plan manager or support coordinator) with your consent or where the law requires it.
• Your rights: you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you at any time.
• This website: it doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your text size preference is saved in your own browser only.

Feedback and complaints

We want to hear what's working and what isn't. You can give feedback or make a complaint at any time, and doing so will never affect your support.
