We started Compassion Community Care Services to give people in our part of Melbourne support that is local, consistent and genuinely about them.
Our story
Small by design, so you're never just a number
Compassion Community Care Services is based in Fraser Rise, in Melbourne's north-west. We are a small team on purpose: it means you deal with people who know you, remember what matters to you and turn up when they say they will.
Our director, Nitesh Narayan, set up the business to bring a practical, organised and caring approach to disability support in his own community. Every support we deliver is shaped around the person: their goals, their routines and the way they want to live.
Our services are built on the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct, with clear policies for safety, privacy, complaints and quality, so you can trust how we work.

Meet our director
Nitesh Narayan
Director and support lead
Nitesh leads the business day to day and is your main point of contact. He holds a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and has completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and the NDIS Commission's supporting modules, including safe and enjoyable meals and effective communication.
Before starting Compassion Community Care Services, Nitesh worked as an engineer, and he brings the same careful, organised approach to planning support: clear arrangements, good records and follow-through.
