NDIS & referrals

Using your NDIS plan with us

Whether you're a participant, a family member or a support coordinator, here's how getting started works, in plain language.

How your plan is managed

Who can use our services?

How we can work with you depends on how your NDIS funding is managed.

Self-managed

You manage your own funding and can choose any provider. We invoice you directly and you claim from the NDIS.

Plan-managed

A plan manager pays providers on your behalf. You can choose any provider, and we send our invoices to your plan manager.

NDIA-managed

The NDIA pays providers directly, and only registered NDIS providers can be used. Our registration is in progress, so please call us to talk about timing.

Our NDIS registration. Compassion Community Care Services Pty Ltd has applied for registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We'll update this page as soon as registration is approved.

Your rights

You're in control

Under the NDIS you have the right to choose your providers, to change providers, and to be treated with dignity and respect. We'll always:

  • Give you a written service agreement that you understand before support starts
  • Charge within the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits
  • Respect your right to an advocate or support person
  • Make it easy to give feedback or make a complaint

If you're not happy with how a complaint is handled, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au.
